Meet Our Owners

  • Chris Diamantakos, Founder, Personal Trainer

    Chris started his fitness career as a trainer at his college gym where he studied Exercise Science. Shortly after graduating, he became a personal trainer at Equinox. Here, Chris gained crucial experience and world class continued ed which skyrocketed his career. Within 6 months, he was offered the Head Trainer position at Bomb Fitness which he was not only responsible for training his own clients but also guiding other trainers with their programs.

    His list of activities goes beyond the barbell including: Hockey, Snowboarding, and playing bass in a band.

    Chris specializes in Low Back Pain Post-Rehab, Strength and Conditioning.

    Chris uses an evidence based approach to health and fitness. He believes this is crucial to success in optimal health and fitness.

    His current roster of clients range from post-partum moms and young dads looking to get in shape and pain free again - to NHL Players and collegiate athletes looking to improve their performance starting from their core and out!

  • Shannon Parrett, Shannon Parrett - Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor

    Shannon presents a well rounded array of services, from strength & conditioning through bells and bars, to helping older adults find their healthiest strongest selves.

    As an Older Adult Fitness Specialist and Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, Shannon is qualified to work with individuals suffering from cardiac disease, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, osteoporosis, weight loss and healthy athletic individuals.

    Her goal with every person she works with is not only to help them achieve their fitness goals but to help them develop a passion for exercise and wellness that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

    So whether you’re starting off at the gym at 74 or are training during your off season at 24, Shannon will help develop a personalized program for you and your fitness needs.

    PICP - Level 1 Coach
