The Simplest Way To Lose Fat And Keep It Off

If you're reading this, chances are you're interested in losing fat.
You've probably tried diets in the past. Maybe some fad diets, maybe some meal plans, and maybe you found them complicated or maybe you were promised they'd work but for some reason, they didn’t.
If that's the case, this is likely the “diet” for you.
Losing weight is extremely simple when you look at it on the surface.
In order to lose weight you have to expend more energy than you take in. In this case, calories is the energy we’re referring to. If you consume (eat or drink) more calories than you expend - you'll gain weight. Conversely, if you consume less calories than you expend you'll lose weight.
But why it is hard for so many people to lose weight if it's THAT simple.
There are so many reasons why a diet could fail.. You could be inconsistent. You could be weighing or eyeballing your portion size poorly. You could be great during the week but lose it all by overindulging during the weekend. You could be doing well with your diet but then stress eat for a brief period and lose your progress. And many many more!
I want you to think about this statement:
EVERY SINGLE DIET IS SUSCEPTIBLE TO THESE AFFORMENTIONED FAILURES. It doesn't matter if you follow a keto diet, intermittent fasting, low carb, carnivore, vegan or a “regular” diet with unrestricted foods.
So what can you do to ensure that these failures don't happen?
What are the simple ways to lose fat and keep it off?
What are the simple methods that you can and should apply to ANY diet out there in order to see results?
The Simplest Method To Lose Fat On Any Diet
Forming Proper Habits
In order to see lasting results you’ve got to form habits that will put you in a great position to lose weight.
These are habits that will put you in a calorie deficit when followed properly. These are habits that will make it easy to follow and get into the groove. Ease of implementation is important because the easier / more accessible something is, the more likely you are to do it. Especially compared to something hard. Let me give you an example:
Is it easier to weigh and calculate every ingredient and portion of food in your meal to make sure you're within your daily calorie limit?
Or is it easier to eyeball your meal on a plate and compare food to the size of your hand?
One thing is for sure, the former requires much more time and effort than the latter.
Consistency/Accountability is Key
I almost put these into a separate category but in reality consistency is a byproduct of habit forming. After all, a habit - whether good or bad - is literally defined as “a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.”
This is important because you often hear how consistency is key to any goal, especially weight loss or muscle building. But one of the easiest ways to stay consistent is to actually form a habit that gets engrained into your lifestyle. It becomes a subconscious decision, to make the right diet choices.
Accountability is also very important and it’s in the same realm. You’re always accountable to yourself, however having a coach to check in on your progress gives you a whole other form of accountability.
For example: We always prefer the approach that teaches you how to select more nutrient dense foods and less calorie dense foods, less processed vs more processed, and higher protein. This is because most people who switch to a diet high in protein and vegetables find it more difficult to overeat high calorie foods. This increases the likelihood of you being in a calorie deficit (which is what you need to lose fat).
We will give you the information necessary to eat for your goals and we give you the accountability that’s necessary to ensure success. Also here to answer your questions if there is any confusion on the matter.
