2023 Lifting Party Recap

We want to thank everyone who showed up to our annual lifting party! We haven’t hosted this event since 2020 right before COVID.

Everyone crushed their workout and hit some new personal bests! It was also very nice to have a drink and some food with all our trainers and clients together.

For those who have not attended before we'll explain how it works below:

Each attendee is encouraged to pick 1 compound exercise that they want to hit a new personal best in terms of maximum weight lifted. It’s not just limited to the traditional power lifting exercises (squat, bench press, deadlift). The point is to get some exercise in, have a bit of friendly competition with yourself and then look back at how far you’ve come since you started at the gym!
